Popups not showing

Check that the popup is enabled and has an active status. If you’re using auto-inject, ensure autoInjectScript is true. Confirm the popup’s targeting rules match the current page, device, and visitor, and check the browser console for JavaScript errors.

Form submissions not recording

Ensure the Craft queue is running so email integration syncs can process. Verify that honeypot and rate-limiting settings aren’t blocking legitimate submissions. Behind a proxy or CDN, set Craft’s trustedHosts — otherwise every visitor shares one rate-limit budget (see Configuration).

A popup won’t save with a webhook

Webhooks only go to public addresses. If yours posts to an internal host, set 'allowPrivateWebhookHosts' => true in config/leads.php. If a field references an environment variable, make sure it’s set on that environment.

The Settings screen is read-only

Leads settings live in project config. Change them as an admin on a development environment and deploy them, as with Craft’s own settings.
