Popups not showing

Check that the popup is enabled and has an active status. If you’re using auto-inject, ensure autoInjectScript is true. Confirm the popup’s targeting rules match the current page, device, and visitor, and check the browser console for JavaScript errors.

Form submissions not recording

Ensure the Craft queue is running so email integration syncs can process. Verify that honeypot and rate-limiting settings aren’t blocking legitimate submissions.
